Know When I've Missed My Pick-Up
Worried that the coach would leave before you reach your pick-up location? Check out what we have arranged for you that such chances are minimal. However, we do hope that you do your part on punctuality so that we can provide the best services to all iCOMmuters.
Level 1 Safety Net: SMS Interaction
A SMS will be sent to your specified mobile contact number approximately 30 minutes before boarding time to serve as a gentle reminder for you. If you are certain that you would not board the coach on that occasion, simply reply a "No" to us. You would further receive a SMS confirmation of not-boarding. If we do not receive a "No" reply from you, we can be quite sure you would be boarding.
Level 2 Safety Net: Call Us
Should you change your mind and decided to board despite having received the no-board confirmation SMS from us, you can call our Customer Service Helpdesk at 6406-5516.
Level 3 Safety Net: We Will Call You
The coach captain will wait till the Boarding Time at the designated Pick-Up Point. If you have not boarded by then, the captain will conduct a Time Check with our Call Centre. If the standard time is already passed the Boarding Time, our Call Centre will make a last attempt to call you on your mobile to check on your status and liaised with the coach captain. Therefore, you don't have to worry that the coach captain would drive off while you are rushing towards the coach. However, if you know that you are late, please hold on to your mobile phone.
