Will you verify my address?
To protect your card from fraudulent activities, iCOM will confirm that your account information matches what is on the file with the bank that issued your card. Make certain you entered your address correctly on your personal page.


How do I contact the card-issuing bank?
There should be a customer service number listed on the back of your card. Or check the monthly statement that is mailed to you for customer service contact information.



 

   

When will my credit card be charged?

iCOM will reserve funds for the full amount of your requested service when you accept the proposed service. Your account will be charged against the reserved amount immediately after the proposed service is being confirmed.

 

Where to locate my security code?
iCOM requires your credit card's security code for all purchases. The security code is a three- or four-digit number printed on your card in addition to the account number.
